The Havas Sports & Entertainment Global Team based in Paris is looking for a full-time Anglophone intern for a period of 6 months starting at the end of May 2014, to work on internal and external corporate marketing and communications for the HS&E network. The intern will work within the Marketing and Communications team composed of a Global Marketing Manager and a Network Communications Manager, both reporting into the Global Strategic Planning Director (based in London).

 

The mission of the marketing & communications assistant:
Support the development of the agency’s Marketing and Communications plan for 2014, which includes the following tasks and responsibilities:
– Support on internal projects such as the writing and editing of the network newsletter
– Project execution: ad-hoc projects and presentations for brand presence at conferences and forums, stands at events, press relations (from conception of releases to monitoring of press coverage)
– Social Media support: management of social media such as company facebook, twitter, youtube and linkedin pages
– Network website and look and feel evolution and management
– Support on research projects and trend watching

Requirements:
– “Convention de stage” is required
– Strong writing skills (English), excellent attention to detail, proof reading, analysis and synthesis, ability to work independently and also within a team, enthusiasm, hunger for knowledge, reactivity and proactivity, flexibility and boldness
– Undergraduate or graduate students majoring in Marketing, Communications or Public Relations
– Full-time interns preferred, but part-time will be considered on an individual basis
– Strong command of Office Pack (Word, excel, PowerPoint) and internet
– Command of French (we are a francophone environment)
– Other languages appreciated
