DESCRIPTION
The intern will learn how we build & drive an event from A to Z : creative work, conception, production, execution, reporting…
The intern will be immerged inside the events industry, connecting with all the key actors of this market : agencies, vendors, institutions, partners…
The intern will get acquainted with key project management tasks : budget management, timeline management with key deadlines, prioritization, teamwork with a lot of different departments & multicultural teammates, stress management

MISSIONS

Assist the Brand Events Manager on all his missions.
40% project management, 30% field support, 30% logistics.
The intern supports all the event process for all the brand activations in North/Paris area.
Involved from the conception to the execution:
Needs analysis, brief writing, brainstorming, concept writing, experience design, vendors & agency relationship management, planning coordination, budget coordination, logistics coordination, products order, staff briefing & coordination, strategic monitoring, trends analysis, reporting.

QUALIFICATION
BAC +5 Business School – a first event experience would be much appreciated
Professional English skills required – Permis B license + car

Creative mindset, pragmatic, rigorous, organized, solution-oriented, curious & innovative. First event experience would be an advantage (in agency, associations, clubs…)
