Role description
Manage, through content on the website and successful email marketing campaigns, growth and increased lifetime value of our existing customer base within Belgium (French side)
Key responsibilities of the role
Oversee and manage the editorial calendar of on-site content for Sportsbook, Casino, Poker, Soft Games and Bingo.
Create and craft on-site messaging for campaigns and for e-mails.
Drive on-site innovation through web and e-mail analysis.
Acting as brand guardian and ensuring consistency of tone of voice.
Further define our brand voice and tailor it to regional audiences and platforms.
Lead the content strategy and content creation for regional site and e-mail content.
Manage priorities among a very diverse and demanding group of internal stakeholders across a variety of businesses and operations.
Leading collaboration with regional teams to align on methodology, systems, processes, and reuse of content across the global organization.
Ensuring support for maintaining existing content and supporting new business launches and implementation of new technologies.
Driving collaboration with Social Media and other internal teams with dependent processes.
Developing capabilities to experiment regionally and sharing learnings globally.
We’re looking for someone with the following skills, knowledge and experience
The successful candidate will have previous experience of direct marketing, having had responsibility for coordinating or executing customer communication campaigns
A media agency background is also advantageous
Native level French speaker and English language skills is essential
Excellent copy-writing skills, including accurate translation
Strong analytical ability as well as good numeracy and PC skills.
Good interpersonal skills and organisational skills will be essential for the role
A keen interest in sports and knowledge of Casino / Online Poker would be advantageous
Qualifications
Degree preferred but not essential
