Nike Supply Chain experts ensure that every year 900 million pieces of footwear, apparel and equipment arrive at the right destination on time. That’s no easy task. The complex process involves more than 50 distribution centers, a network of thousands of accounts, and more than 100,000 retail stores around the world. Supply Chain professionals from Laakdal, Belgium, to São Paulo, Brasil, make it happen. They constantly push for ways to make Nike’s supply chain faster, more efficient and more responsive to Nike’s always-changing consumer needs.

1. Order Management:
-Drive daily: pre and post season Order Management
-Support cross functional Order Management related processes through internal stake holders
-Cleanse order book to maintain kpi’s for shipping, holds, Value Added services (VAS), allocations, Integrated Delivery planning (IDP), Coverage…
-Achieve shipping performance
-Maintain supply chain performance: on time delivery, inventory efficiencies, carrier performance
-Execute Launch initiatives
-Proactively follow up on cartons in the supply chain to avoid any holds
-Deliveries / Allocation (At-once + Future) : ensure the smooth delivery of products to the customer with our warehouse in Laakdal and our headquarters in Holland (EHQ)
-Holds : maintain a low level of blocked orders
-Cancellations : management with sales to ensure respect of “terms and conditions”

2. Customer and Stake Holder Communication Management:
-Maintain kpi’s for telephone coverage and services
-Drive the relationship with the customer through constant communication and maintaining a pro-active approach. Demonstrate clear and concise communication style on all levels
-Drive the relationship with internal stakeholders: Sales, Finance (CFS) , Business planner, Nike warehouse (ELC), DRS team, Demand planning / Inventory management team (DP/IM), Always available (AA) team
-Ensure proactive relationship with carrier provider by regular contact and follow up on supply chain challenges

3. Business planning:
-Order book (OB) analysis based on replenishment tool results. Share recommendations with customer, sales and business planners (BP)
-Main contact between account, sales and BP regarding OB analysis

Qualifications
4th/5th year of Business School ,University or Engeneering School with speciality in Supply Chain
Strong ability to communicate with people on different levels, nationalities and cultures within and outside of the organization
-Team Spirit
-Influence skills is a must
-Other: positive service minded attitude and strong service background is a must
-Store/ Retail experience desired
-Retail sales & stock analysis,
-Interest in Logistics and supply chain

TECHNICAL NEEDS:
-English (written and spoken)
-Microsoft Pack Office (including Excel advanced level)
-SAP is a plus
-Reporting
Starting Date: January 2017 (6 months)
