SNEAKER CULTURE FOR HER:

THE MAIN MISSION OF THIS INTERNSHIP IS TO AMPLIFY THE SNEAKER CULTURE FOR HER AND HELP US CREATE A NEW GENERATION OF WOMEN SNEAKER LOVERS.
THIS WILL BE DONE THROUGH CONSUMER DIGS, AND DIGITAL SEARCHES.
IN OUR EFFORT TO RECONNECT WITH HER AND RE-ESTABLISH NIKE AS THE BRAND OF CHOICE FOR HER, THE CONTRIBUTION OF THIS INTERN WILL BE A KEY PART OF THE GLOBAL NSW FRANCE STRATEGY.
WOMEN LIFESTYLE TREND WATCH
WEBSITES, BLOGS, PINTEREST, TUMBLERS, INSTA, FB, MAGAZINES? ETC.

Responsabilities

1.SNEAKER CULTURE FOR HER
REVIEW WHAT THE COMPETITION IS DOING IN SNEAKER CULTURE FOR HER
– PRODUCTS
– EVENTS
– INSTALLATIONS
– INFLUENCERS
– BENCHMARK SEARCH ON DIGITAL AND PHYSCIAL ACTIVATIONS AROUND SNEAKER CULTURE

CONSUMER ANALYSIS/ FOCUS GROUPS
– COORDINATE A STUDY TO BETTER UNDERSTAND HER
– GIVE HER POV AND A FRESH PERSPECTIVE INSIGHT VS THE REST OF THE NSW TEAM

SPORTS MARKETING INTEGRATION
– REFLECT ON HOW WE CAN MAXIMIZE OUR SPORTS MOMENTS WITH WOMEN ATHLETES
– DETERMINE THE ACTIONS TO CAPITALIZE ON OUR SPORT MARKETING ASSETS AND LEVERAGE THEM THROUGH NSW.

DISTRIBUTION
– DEFINE THE DOORS THAT BUILD THE ECOSYTEM OF THE LIFESTYLE LOOK FOR HER (& OTHER STORIES, ETC.)
DOORS THAT ARE CURRENTLY WORKING WITH NIKE
DOORS THAT ARE NOT WORKING WITH NIKE AND THAT WE SHOULD TARGET

PLACES
– DEFINE THE KEY AREAS CONNECTED TO HER. (HANG OUTS, BARS, CULTURAL PLACES, ETC.)

2. ADMIN
– ASSIST IN THE PO PROCESS
– HELP IN THE CREATION OF SAP CONTRACTS FOR SEEDING/NSW EVENT/SHOOTINGS/INITIATIVES

Qualifications
• Education: 3rd/4th year student within Marketing, Communications, Brand Management, Sport Science, Sports Management,
• Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills,
• Advanced MS Office usage (especially Excel and PowerPoint),
• Eagerness to contribute to team success and Nike sportswear

Start date: August 1st 2015(6months)

Location : 
– NIKE FRANCE HQ BASED IN SAINT OUEN L’AUMONE AT LEAST 2/3 DAYS A WEEK
– PARIS SHOWROOM ST DENIS, (VERY OPTIONAL TO REVIEW COLLECTION)
– MEETINGS IN CENTRAL PARIS THE REST OF THE WEEK.
