Profile
Acting in an efficient, competent, discreet and service-oriented manner, the recruitment officer identifies recruitment
needs, clarifies job profiles, sources (with a limited budget) qualified candidates, organises interviews with
short-listed candidates and advises the management as to the final choice of candidate.
Purpose
– Identifying recruitment needs and clarifying job profiles with the respective hiring managers;
– Sourcing, with a limited budget, as many qualified candidates as possible through different channels;
– Organising first (Skype/phone) interviews with selected candidates and advising hiring managers about which
candidates to retain for second interviews;
– Advising the management as to the final choice of candidate;
– Ensuring that the SAP recruitment system and the candidate database remain up to date;
– Providing training and support to internal users of the SAP recruitment system;
– Providing HR assistance when requested; responding to requests from staff for HR-related information;
– Preparing relevant reports on recruitment processes;
– Assisting with the organisation of welcome days for newcomers at all locations;
– Ensuring that all HR activities are implemented according to French labour legislation;
– Contributing to the completion of the administrative tasks of the HR project.
Requirements
Experience required:
– from 4 to 6 years / in human resources
relevant experience in recruiting large teams and project teams
recruiting expertise with extensive knowledge of recruiting channels in France and of social networks
Education:
– Masters in human resources or equivalent
Languages:
– English / Advanced
– French / Proficient
