Created in 2008, Netco Sports is a French company specialized in the strategy, conception, and development of mobile and tablet applications and second screen solutions designed for the world of sport. Today we count over 50 clients in France and internationally (including Germany, Spain, Turkey, USA, England, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, etc. which account for 40% of our annual revenue). Netco Sports often finds its apps among those most downloaded in the world of sport (CAN Orange, Vendée Globe 2012, Dakar Rally, UEFA Euro 2012 and Qualifiers 2014). Since our conception we continue to push the envelop of innovation and have become leading developers of “Second Screen” technology on iPad and tablets.

 

Job description

As Functional Project Manager, you manage many innovative and ambitious projects of mobile applications in the field of Sport for different clients and main actors of Sport.

You lead the functional conception of your projects and work in close collaboration with the designers of the company for the creating ergonomic and intuitive interfaces.

You participate to the entire phase of functional and technical conception of your projects and write the documents of functional specifications.

You follow the production directly with the team of engineer (iOS / Android) based in Paris or/and in others countries.

You elaborate the planning in balance with the imperatives of delivery of your clients and the capacities of production of the company and provide the follow-up of the developments once the phase of production is launched.

You are the functional referent and the product owner of your mobile applications to the technical teams.

You participate to the phase of quality assurance and user testing of your applications and you are the guarantor for the quality of our deliveries.

You provide a role of interface toward your clients and you are in charge of the customer service and the management of the developments completed in the context of the support.

During the preliminary study phase, you collaborate with the sale teams to participate to the studies of the clients’ needs and the estimation of the complexity of their realisations.

 

Desired Skills and Experience

You have an engineering degree and a solid experience of five or more years in the management of functional and technical projects in the field of information systems and web worlds (mobile experiences not needed but could be an advantage).

Your solid technical knowledge in the web and mobile technologies as well as your perfect understanding of client/server architectures allow you to be part of the elaboration of ambitious, innovative and international projects in the mobile world and to lead technical teams.

Your methodology, experience in the field, organisation and the quality of the deliveries that you produce are features allowing the anticipation of the risks inherent to the project activity (planning and budgetary overruns…) and their prevention.

You have excellent relational skills and like teamwork with all sorts of profiles (technicians, designers, sales, marketing).

Your enthusiasm, creative force and leadership make you a driving force in your daily work: you embody your projects and love taking up difficult challenges.

Bachelor of an Engineering Degree (Bac + 5)
English : fluent
German : not mandatory but could be an advantage
Gross salary : 45K€ to 60K€ / year depending on the profile
